Leadership Assessment and Coaching
You and your Slade & Associates coach will use assessments of your leadership. Often, we will use assessments that have already been completed by you, such as recent performance reviews, 360 surveys, leadership style inventories, personality profiles, and employee survey results for your organization. Additional fee-based assessments may also be used with your consent.
Beyond standardized assessments, it is often useful to assess leader behavior by observing the client in action. During a coaching dialogue, the Slade & Associates coach might use a role play or Slade & Associates leadership simulations. The coach may also ask observe you in action as part of a team meeting or when you are “managing by walking around.”
As the coaching engagement progresses, reassessing leadership behavior can create further data-driven insight. Your Slade & Associates coach may suggest repeating earlier assessments or adding new assessments.
